HVAC Shift Engineer

HVAC Engineer - FM Service Provider - Liverpool – up to £44,000 Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider on a static site in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be a qualified HVAC Engineer with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance. Key Responsibilities: * Carrying out maintenance on HVAC systems * Finding and fixing faults * Planning the placement of pipework, ducts, and control panels * Installing HVAC components * Performing quality checks to ensure systems are working efficiently and safely * Providing technical support to engineers on site Working Pattern * 4 on 4 off * 7am - 7pm (for 4 days), 4 days off then 10am - 10pm (for 4 days) Package * Up to £44,000 per annum * Overtime available * 25 days holiday + BH * Company Pension Requirements : * Mechanical NVQ or HVAC qualifications * Level 2 NVQ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration * F - Gas 2079 * A proven track record in commercial building maintenance * Experience with working with VRVs, Slit units, Chillers and AHUS If you are interested in this position, please get in touch with Tom Meachin at CBW Staffing Solutions JBRP1_UKTJ
