Advancing People Multilingual is recruiting for a German Speaking Sales Support Advisor on behalf of an established and rapidly growing international distributor, specialising in premium products, based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.

The Role
\n
Working as part of a growing Customer Service team, you will support German speaking trade and retail customers, ensuring queries are handled efficiently and customers receive outstanding service throughout their after-sales journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- \n
- Provide after-sales support to German & English-speaking customers via telephone, email and messaging. \n
- Manage warranty claims, spare parts requests and aftercare enquiries from initial contact through to resolution. \n
- Liaise with internal technical and logistics teams to resolve product and delivery issues. \n
- Support communication between German speaking customers and internal departments, including translation where required. \n
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all cases are followed up promptly. \n
- Identify recurring customer issues and contribute ideas to improve service and processes. \n

About You
\n
- \n
- Fluency in German \n
- Previous experience in customer service, after-sales support or a similar customer-facing role. \n
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. \n
- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to take ownership of customer enquiries. \n
- A genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service. \n
- Experience in a technical support, manufacturing or product-based environment, along with familiarity with CRM or case management systems is desirable but not essential. \n

This is a full-time permanent position offering a basic salary of £30,000 + 13% Bonus
