This is a great opportunity for a hands-on engineer who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering high standards, and wants to play a key role in keeping a busy client site running safely, efficiently and effectively. You'll work across HVAC, mechanical and electrical building services tackling everything from planned preventative maintenance and fault finding to reactive repairs on a high-profile site in Rugby. What you'll be doing Carry out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance across HVAC, plant, equipment and building services. Diagnose and resolve faults across a wide range of HVAC systems, with a particular focus on VRV/VRF air conditioning systems. Work safely with refrigerants and ensure compliance with F-Gas requirements. Monitor and optimise plant and equipment performance, including using BMS systems to maintain comfortable and efficient environments. Identify potential risks, critical spares and opportunities to improve equipment reliability and performance. Provide strong mechanical and electrical expertise to the wider maintenance team.
