Learning Coach Location: Gloucestershire (travel required between multiple sites) Salary: £23,469 - £25,787 per annum (Actual Salary, Term Time Only) Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time About the Role Are you passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning and achieve positive outcomes? We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Learning Coach to support students aged 11-16 within a specialist educational setting in Gloucestershire. This rewarding role involves working with learners who require additional academic, social and emotional support, helping them engage positively with education and reach their full potential. This position requires flexibility and a willingness to travel between sites across Gloucestershire as required. The Role As a Learning Coach, you will play a key role in supporting students both inside and outside the classroom. You will work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to build positive relationships, encourage engagement in learning and help students develop the confidence and skills needed to succeed.
