Residential Development Associate / Senior Associate, Surrey/London £85,000. 2 yrs pqe + Can be based in their London or Surrey office. Our client is a well-established and well-liked London/SE law firm, now looking to appoint an ambitious Residential Development Lawyer at Associate or Senior Associate level. You'll be playing a key role in the continued growth of the team which is busy and doing very well. The firm is known to be 'high-end ', in that it's not one of the national players with a high turnover of its lawyers - this firm is settled because they look after and promote - something the bigger players can over-look. The team is led by a renowned Tier 1 ranked partner who is a superb mentor and leader. The team advises on complex development matters, within which you'll be managing a range of transactions including high-value and complex development projects, with the support of an experienced and collaborative wider Real Estate team.
