Partner / Senior Associate – Patent Litigation (FRAND / SEP) Build. Lead. Grow. An exciting opportunity for an ambitious patent litigator to play a pivotal role in the growth of a leading IP practice, with a particular focus on FRAND, SEPs and high-value technology disputes. We are keen to speak with established Partners and exceptional Senior Associates who want to take their careers to the next level. Develop relationships with leading players across telecoms, electronics and technology. Leverage an established international IP platform and collaborate with leading patent specialists. Who we're looking for A technically strong, commercially minded litigator with a track record in patent disputes and, ideally, substantial SEP/FRAND experience. For Partners, an established client following and demonstrable business-development capability will be key.
