Are you a nurturing and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant with a passion for Early Years education?

We are seeking an experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the BL1 area of Bolton on a long-term basis. This morning-only role is ideal for someone who thrives in an Early Years environment and is confident supporting young children through play-based learning and continuous provision.

The Role:

• Support children across the EYFS setting during morning sessions.
• Engage pupils in high-quality continuous provision activities.
• Encourage children's communication, social, emotional, and educational development.
• Work collaboratively with the class teacher and EYFS team to create a stimulating learning environment.
• Support children's independence and progress through child-led and adult-led activities.

Requirements:

• Level 3 EYFS qualification desirable, or a relevant Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience working within an EYFS setting is essential.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and continuous provision.
• Confident supporting children's learning through play and exploration.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A caring, patient, and proactive approach.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
