Westbrook House is a care centre that provides short term placements, assisting people to regain their independence and meet their aims and objectives.

Your day-to-day might include: Assisting with personal care such as showering and dressing, assisting people to eat and drink, supporting people with their daily activities, monitoring individuals conditions, and engaging service users with social activities.

We have various day and/or night care worker vacancies available, and we can be flexible in the hours offered (To be discussed at interview).

We are able to offer you a comprehensive induction package. This will include mandatory training as well as access to multiple personal development courses. You will already hold an NVQ/Diploma Level 2 or equivalent. We can also offer this programme to the right candidate if not held upon commencing employment. You will have a rolling 4-week rota pattern that includes a mixture of morning and afternoon shifts, enabling a more flexible work-life relationship.

The annual starting salary for this post is £26,956 based on full time hours of 37 per week, with performance related progression up to £27,795. There are currently additional enhancements on top of the basic salary for weekend and Bank Holidays.
