The Position

We are looking for a confident Reception Host to join our team. The successful candidate will be friendly, well-presented and passionate about food, drink and hospitality. You will make sure the day to day running of reception is smooth and organised and your passion for great service will help you respond to guest queries in a timely manner, and actioning as required. Your attention to details is key, you'll be following up any special requests related to reservations, recording any information about special requirements or preferences from our guests and using it to give the special touch to their experience.
