We're looking for a Dual Site Store Manager to lead our Carlisle and Wigton stores, driving sales, developing teams and delivering outstanding customer experiences across both locations.

Working for WCF Pet & Equestrian, you'll play a key role in creating high-performing teams, maintaining excellent store standards and ensuring our stores continue to be the first choice for pet, equestrian and rural customers.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and developing colleagues across two stores
• Delivering sales, profit and operational targets
• Creating exceptional customer experiences
• Managing stock, merchandising and store presentation
• Supporting local marketing and community engagement
• Maintaining a safe, compliant and well-run operation
