Lead ElectricianLocation: Derbyshire & Surrounding Areas Salary: £45,100 per annum + Overtime Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Benefits: Company Van, Fuel Card, Pension & Holiday AllowanceThink Recruitment are working with an established property maintenance contractor who are looking for an experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to join their repairs and maintenance team across Derbyshire.This is a hands-on role carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance and testing within residential properties, alongside providing technical support to other electricians. Key Responsibilities * Carry out electrical repairs, installations and maintenance in occupied properties. * Complete electrical testing, inspections and fault finding. * Diagnose and repair electrical faults. * Support and mentor electricians and apprentices. * Carry out quality checks and ensure electrical compliance. * Complete job reports using mobile devices. Requirements * NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or completed apprenticeship. * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. * City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing or equivalent. * AM2 qualification. * Experience in domestic electrical repairs and maintenance. * Previous experience within social housing or residential maintenance. * Full UK driving licence. * Ability to support and mentor other electricians.
