About the Role
An Caorann Medical Practice is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team for 20-37 hours per week.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking practice, working as part of an established multidisciplinary team while having the autonomy to use and develop your advanced clinical skills.
The successful candidate will work closely with our GPs and wider clinical team, assessing, diagnosing and managing patients presenting with a range of acute and ongoing health needs.

About You
We are looking for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner who is confident working autonomously within their scope of practice and who is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred care.
You should have excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills, good communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary primary care team.
