Robotics Service Engineer UK

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer in the United Kingdom passionate about technology and customer success to join our After Sales & Service team :
Your responsibilities:
- Test repair and maintain our shuttle systems at customer sites accross the UK.
- Provide technical support (L1 & L2) via helpdesk and remote assistance.
- Deliver training to end-users and integrators on-site and internally.
- Assist in commissioning Movu systems (atlas escala ifollow and others).
- Detect and report commercial service opportunities (spare parts service packs).
- Available for short international trips (Mon-Fri) and willing to work in shifts and weekends.
- Some of our projects take place at height or in refrigerated areas (cold storage) and this is not a problem for you with safety systems of work in place.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor in Electromechanics or relevant experience.
- Fluent English required.
- Available to travel short periods abroad.
- Skilled in MS Office and Teams. Willing to learn custom software packets.
- Customer-focused social team player with a proactive mindset.
- Willing to work in shifts and weekend if needed.
- No fear of heights or vertigo.
