The Role
Teach English across KS3 and KS4.
Deliver lessons in English Language and Literature.
Develop pupils' written expression, comprehension and analytical skills.
Assess progress and provide constructive feedback.

Holds QTS in English or is an ECT.
Has strong subject knowledge and classroom-management skills.
Can differentiate lessons to support varied abilities.
Is enthusiastic about improving literacy and academic outcomes.
