We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Night
Manager to join our prestigious team at the Haymarket Hotel. As a Night
Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient
overnight operation of the hotel. This position requires a versatile individual
who can adapt to various scenarios across multiple departments, including
Events, Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, and the Kitchen.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the hotel’s
  overnight activities, ensuring all departments operate seamlessly.
• Serve as the
  primary point of contact between guests, the General Manager, and the
  operational team.
• Continuously
  monitor and uphold our high service standards, ensuring every guest enjoys an
  exceptional experience.
• Ensure the safety
  and security of the hotel and its guests during the night.
• Conduct regular
  health and safety inspections to maintain compliance and safety standards.
• Respond promptly
  and effectively to any incidents or accidents involving guests or staff
  members.
• Deliver and sustain
  outstanding levels of customer service, addressing guest needs and concerns
  with professionalism.
• Provide operational
  support across all departments as needed, ensuring cohesive and efficient
  operations.
• Execute the night
  audit process and generate nightly reports for senior management review.

What you Need:

• Previous experience
  as a Night Manager or Head of Department in a 5-star hotel environment.
• Excellent
  communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and
  staff.
• Exceptional
  attention to detail, driven by a commitment to delivering high standards.
• Strong leadership
  and motivational abilities, capable of inspiring and guiding the team.
• Resilient and
  proactive, with a strong drive to get things right the first time.
• Familiarity with
  Micros and Opera systems is desirable.
