Every day is different, bringing new conversations, new challenges and new wins What you'll be doing: * Sourcing, screening and placing candidates into temporary and permanent roles * Building strong relationships with customers, candidates, recruiting partners and our local network * Making outbound calls, handling inbound enquiries and managing a busy call flow * Visiting local businesses to understand their needs and strengthen partnerships * Working towards clear targets with the support of a collaborative, experienced team * Managing your own 360 desk with energy, ownership and ambition Who we're looking for: Recruitment experience is not essential - we'll train you. What matters is your drive, personality and willingness to learn.
