Segal Placements is a specialist legal Partner recruitment business placing lawyers into private practice within the leading (The Lawyer Top 200) Firms in London. Our founder spent many years as Deputy Editor of the Chambers UK Guide and US Guide and all of his, and our, contacts are Heads of Department, CEO's, Managing Partners and other major decision makers within these Firms. Since opening our doors in 2020 Segal Placements has not only placed numerous pre-existing Partners over the last 6 years but have also secured 21 Partner roles for previous non-Partners over that time. So long as you : a) Are UK qualified and have been living and working (ideally with a good quality law Firm) in the UK for a number of years, b) Have started to self generate some of your own work as you have progressed and have some clients that may follow you c) Have realistic expectations of the sort of Firm that might accept you straight into their Partnership d) Understand the commercial flair needed to be a successful Partner in a Law Firm.
