The Role Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs. Develop personalised learning objectives and monitor progress. Use appropriate strategies to support communication, engagement and independence. Establish consistent routines and positive behaviour approaches. Work alongside teaching assistants, therapists and other professionals where applicable. Build supportive relationships with pupils and their families. The Ideal Candidate Holds QTS or the relevant teaching qualifications required for the role. Has experience supporting pupils with special educational needs. Understands adaptive teaching and individualised learning. Demonstrates patience, resilience and strong communication skills. Can promote independence, confidence and positive learning experiences.
