Teaching Assistants & Support Staff - SEN | Hexham

Spencer Clarke Group are currently looking for Teaching Assistants and Support Staff to work within SEN settings in Hexham.

This is an opportunity for education and support professionals who are passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs.

The Role

• 1:1 and small-group support

• Supporting pupils with SEN and additional needs

• Supporting learning and development

• Managing challenging behaviour

• Working alongside teachers and support staff

• Supporting individual needs

• Creating a safe and positive learning environment

We're Looking For

• Previous experience working with children or young people

• Education, SEN, residential or similar experience

• Patient, resilient and reliable

• Strong communication and behaviour management skills

• Confidence supporting additional needs

• Ability to build positive relationships

Hexham and surrounding areas
