c£45,000 salary Bonus potential of up to £10,000 50/50 hybrid working Additional benefits and career development opportunities Support the external sales team with complex quotations, development work, project support, progress chasing, work-in-progress checks and quality issues. Identify and develop new business opportunities across existing and prospective customers. Generate and qualify leads to strengthen the sales pipeline. Build relationships with key purchasing, engineering and other customer contacts. Monitor competitor activity and pricing to support sales strategies. Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records using Salesforce CRM. Work collaboratively to achieve sales revenue and margin targets. Key Responsibilities: Internal Sales Engineer
About You
We're looking for a technically minded, commercially focused individual with strong communication and relationship-building skills. You'll ideally have: Experience in sales, business development, customer service, account management or a customer-facing technical role. The ability to understand technical products and solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good IT skills, ideally including CRM systems. A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
