HGV Class 1 Driver

Winner Recruitment are recruiting an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver for a well-established Client based at their depots in Wetherby and Tockwith. DAYS, NIGHTS & TRAMPING AVAILABLE We are looking for an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver for our Client, we are looking for drivers to work out of their Wetherby depot and Tockwith depot, we are looking for day drivers, night drivers and trampers. £17.00 per hour - £23.53 per hour The role as a Class 1 Driver: * Days * Nights * Tramping * Occasional night outs * General Haulage * Pallet Network * Curtain side & refrigerated trailers * Strap & Secure loads correctly * Drive a Class 1 vehicle safely and efficiently * Follow Company policies and procedures * Complete accurate vehicle checks * Abide by Driving rules and regulations As a Class 1 Driver, you will: * Hold a valid UK Category CE licence * Have a minimum of 1 year Class 1 experience * Maximum of 6 penalty points * No major endorsement codes (no CD, IN, TT, BA, DR etc) * Hold a valid UK CPC & Digi Card * Always maintain professional * Be honest & reliable Pay rates: Monday to Friday Days £17.00 per hour (£19.05 per hour inclusive of holiday pay) Monday to Friday Nights £19.00 per hour (£21.29 per hour inclusive of holiday pay) Saturday £20.00 per hour (£22.41 per hour inclusive of holiday pay) Sunday & Bank holiday £21.00 per hour (£23.53 per hour inclusive of holiday pay) Nights out - £25 per night out Benefits: * Weekly pay * Ongoing work * Potential permanent position * On-Site Parking To apply for this position or to discuss this position with the team, please apply today to receive a call or contact the Barnsley office of Winner Recruitment.
