Job Title: Business Development Manager – Luxury Events & Experiences
Salary: Up to £70,000 + Commission
Location: London / Hybrid

We are working with a luxury events and experiences business looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new revenue, open new markets and secure high-value clients.This is a hands-on sales role for an ambitious professional with a proven track record in winning new business within the events, experiential or production industry.

Main duties:

• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across untapped markets.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers across brands, corporates and agencies.
• Lead client pitches, presentations and bespoke commercial proposals.
• Develop new revenue streams across event production, design and management.
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial enquiry through to closing deals.
• Achieve revenue and gross profit targets while building long-term client partnerships.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience within events, experiential or production agencies.
• Strong track record of winning new business and developing client accounts.
• Commercially minded with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to develop new markets independently.
• Confident communicator with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Highly motivated, proactive and results-driven, with a strong focus on targets.
