Full-Stack Developer (Java + React / Next.js)

Location: Remote (Poland-based candidates only)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilledFull-Stack Developer with strong experience inJava on the backend andReact.js or Next.js on the frontend. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in aremote, collaborative environment and has hands‑on experience withExtreme Programming (XP) practices, includingTest-Driven Development (TDD) andPair Programming.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full‑stack applications
• Build robust backend services usingJava (e.g., Spring / Spring Boot)
• Develop responsive and performant user interfaces usingReact.js or Next.js
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code usingTDD
• Actively participate inpair programming and collaborative code reviews
• Contribute to system design, architecture, and technical decision‑making
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and reliability
• Work effectively in anAgile / XP-driven development process

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong professional experience as aFull-Stack Developer
• Solid backend experience withJava (Spring, Spring Boot, REST APIs)
• Frontend experience withReact.js or Next.js
• Practical experience withXP practices, especially:
• Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Pair Programming
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and web application architecture
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team
• Must bebased in Europe (any country)
