Purpose of Position Temp to Perm

Transport Clerk to work with the Analytical department

Shift pattern Monday to Friday:

19:00 - 03:30

20:30 - 05:00

4 days on, 4 days off:

17:00 - 05:00

The role of a Transport Clerk - Analysis you will be part of the Analyst team and will be responsible for identifying late reasons of late hub inbound arrivals.

While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.
Key Tasks/Areas of Responsibility

Interrogating multiple inhouse systems to establish tracking history of the potential points of delays

Compiling and summarising data acquired from multiple sources to establish root cause of the delays and their input into the system

General administrative duties such as answering telephone queries, emails, chat or in person

Assisting the Transport Analysts and Transport Manager - Systems with any further administration

What we're looking for:

You will preferably have experience in a fast-paced operation ideally in a transport setting.

You will have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels.

Demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines

Excellent computer skills with the ability to use Google Workspace applications
