Reed Engineering & Manufacturing Health, Safety & Quality Manager Are you passionate about creating a safe, compliant and high-performing manufacturing environment? We're looking for a proactive Health, Safety & Quality Manager to lead health, safety and management systems activities across our site. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with operations, engineering, quality and leadership teams to ensure robust compliance, maintain ISO standards and drive continuous improvement across the business. The Role As Health, Safety & Quality Systems Manager, you will take ownership of the site's Health & Safety Management System and support the ongoing development of the Quality Management System. You'll play a key role in ensuring legal compliance, maintaining audit readiness and embedding a positive safety culture throughout the organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead site-wide health and safety activities, promoting a proactive and positive safety culture. Manage and continually improve the Health & Safety Management System in line with ISO 45001 and legislative requirements. Support the maintenance and development of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
