Job description

2 Contract Opportunities | Fully Remote | Inside IR35 | SC Clearance Required

I'm currently recruiting for two experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultants to join a leading IT services organisation, supporting a ServiceNow transformation programme.

These are fully remote contract opportunities, working on the implementation of an approved ServiceNow CSDM 4 design.

We're looking for hands-on technical specialists with strong ServiceNow development, CMDB and service modelling experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement Business Services, Service Offerings, Technical Services and Technical Service Offerings in line with CSDM 4.

  • Realign service relationships within ServiceNow, ensuring Service Instances are correctly associated with Service Offerings.

  • Configure and update forms, lists, application navigation and data certification processes.

  • Develop and modify Business Rules, JavaScript and scripted ACLs.

  • Support a phased migration of existing services into the new CSDM structure, avoiding disruption to existing services.

  • Produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer and user training.


Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on ServiceNow development or technical consultancy experience.

  • Proven experience with ServiceNow CSDM and CMDB implementations.

  • Good understanding of Business Services, Technical Services and Service Offerings.

  • Strong JavaScript scripting skills, including Business Rules and scripted ACLs.

  • Experience configuring service relationships and managing complex CMDB structures.

  • Experience supporting ServiceNow migrations or transformation programmes. xwwtmva

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.


Contract Details

  • Positions: 2

  • Location: Fully Remote (UK)

  • IR35: Inside IR35

  • Security Clearance: Current SC clearance required

  • Day Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience

  • Contract Duration: 6 Months initially
