Export Administrator

Staffline is recruiting Export Administrator for our client which deals with the distribution of breads and cakes based in Crick. The rate of pay is £29,823 per annum. This is a full-time role working 4 on 4 off and the hours of work are: - 7am to 7pm Your Time at Work - Preparing export quotations accurately and in a timely manner. -- Dealing with all Distributor's and Customer's enquiries in a timely and professional manner. - Arranging transport delivery and monitoring all shipments. - Preparing and reviewing all shipping documentation for export. - Liaising with the warehouse to check stock availability and order fulfilment. - Providing aftersales support to customers. - Handling customer's enquiries/queries/order updates via telephone and email. - Produce all necessary transport documents. - Complete Export Customs declarations. - Liaising extensively with clients and building successful long term business relationships. - Liaising with warehouse, transport staff, and customers to maintain accurate stock records Our Perfect Worker - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills - Ability to communicate effectively and professionally - PC literate and experience in MS Excel - Ability to solve problems methodically and actively seek resolutions - Pro-active and adaptable approach - Self-starter, ability to work using own initiative - Conscientious and reliable - Abl...
