As the elegant first act in our guests experience youll be orchestrating seamless pre-arrival arrangements and ensuring each visit unfolds like a perfectly scripted performance. Youll:
Handle room dining and special event reservations with flair and precision
Be the conductor of communication ensuring all departments are in harmony
Curate and coordinate bespoke experiences in our restaurant.
Assist with bookings for our Private Members Lounge where the citys most discerning clientele come to dine relax and be seen
Offer exceptional service before during and even after our guests stay ensuring every detail is dressed to the nines.
- Assisting Reception when needed in the busier periods to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.
About You:
Youre a born host smooth-talking quick-thinking and impeccably organised. You thrive in a fast-paced high-end environment and bring the sparkle of sophistication to every interaction.
Experience in hospitality preferred
Excellent communication and coordination skills
A love for luxury theatre and the golden age of hospitality
