Contract Manager 6-Month Fixed Term Contract 📍 Milton Keynes Branch Based 🗓 Start Date: March 2027 Are you ready for a role that goes beyond the standard 9-5? Pertemps is looking for an experienced and highly organised Contract Manager to lead a large contracts. Managing a workforce of approximately 400 temporary workers, you'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery while leading a team of recruiters from our Milton Keynes branch. This is a hands-on management role that requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Whilst the role's core hours are 7:00am to 4:00pm, the successful candidate must be flexible and available outside of these hours when required to support operational needs, staffing requirements and client demands. The Role You will be responsible for: Managing and developing a team of recruiters responsible for servicing a large-volume contract. Overseeing the supply of circa 400 temporary workers across the operation. Conducting daily workforce check-ins and ensuring attendance levels are monitored and managed. Managing staffing levels to ensure all client requirements are fulfilled. Maintaining accurate staffing spreadsheets, reports and workforce plans.
