Wellington College Prep is seeking an experienced, compassionate and assured senior leader to serve as Deputy Head, Safeguarding and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. This influential post will place the successful candidate at the heart of the School's commitment to ensuring that pupils flourish within a community defined by care, respect, opportunity and belonging.

As the School's Designated Safeguarding Lead, the postholder will provide clear operational leadership for child protection, safeguarding and online safety.
