\n - Sunday: 06:00 – 18:00

Week 2:
\n - Thursday: 06:00 – 14:30
\n - Friday: 06:00 – 14:30

Week 3:
\n - Monday: 14:00 – 22:00
\n - Tuesday: 14:00 – 22:00
\n - Wednesday: 14:00 – 22:00
\n - Thursday: 14:00 – 22:00
\n - Friday: 14:00 – 22:00

Key Responsibilities:
\n - Supervise and lead warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations and optimal performance.
\n - Drive team performance by setting targets, monitoring progress, and providing regular feedback.
\n - Maintain high standards of health and safety to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
\n - Organize and oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring that operations meet company standards and objectives.
\n - Train, support, and develop team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
\n - Implement and maintain warehouse processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
\n - Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance, identified issues, and proposals for improvements.

Qualifications:
\n - Previous experience in a warehouse leadership role is essential.
\n - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
\n - Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
\n - Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment.
\n - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
\n - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
