If you have experience supporting young people with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, behavioural difficulties or additional learning needs, this could be a hugely rewarding next step. The Role As a Behaviour & Learning Mentor, you will play an important part in helping pupils feel safe, supported and ready to learn. Your responsibilities will include: Building positive, trusting relationships with pupils who may struggle with engagement, emotional regulation or behaviour. Providing tailored support to help young people access learning and develop their confidence. Supporting pupils to manage challenging emotions and develop positive coping strategies.
