You could be a Senior Buyer or an experienced Buyer, Product Manager or Product Developer who's looking to take on a role with greater ownership and build a category. You'll have experience working directly with Far East factories and ideally have some supplier contacts you could bring to the business. You'll have a strong interest in homeware and interiors trends and be able to travel to trade shows, inspiration trips, and development trips in the EU and Far East.
THE REWARD In addition to a generous base salary there is an annual bonus, healthcare cash plan, hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home) and flexible working hours. You'll be joining a business in a strong growth phase, with ambitious plans for Lighting and the investment backing to make them happen.
