Contracts & Compliance Officer Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire ST1 Salary: Circa £40,000 per annum Full-Time Office Based| 37.5 Hours per Week | Permanent role - Reporting to: Head of Finance Hawk 3 Talent Solutions have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contracts & Compliance Officer to join a well-established organisation based in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. This is a replacement position due to an upcoming departure of an employee who is relocating, creating an immediate opportunity for the successful candidate to play a key role within the Finance team. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in contract management, compliance, risk management, and regulatory oversight. You will take ownership of the contract lifecycle whilst ensuring the organisation remains compliant with relevant UK and European regulations. The Role As Contract & Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for managing contracts from inception through to renewal or termination, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and organisational requirements. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify risks, maintain robust processes, and support continuous improvement across the business.
