The Role As a Principal Scientist in immunology, you will be responsible for * Leading the growth of the immunology function of the business. * Managing a small team of scientists and senior scientists running immunological assays for drug discovery programmes (immune cell activation, cytokine profiling, toxicity, target engagement etc). * Brining in new technologies to expand offerings. * Leading client interactions including project updates, being the main technical point of contact to answer questions during initial client briefs. * This role will still have an element of lab work where required.
