Are you an experienced Food & Beverage Manager looking for your next challenge within a well-established corporate hotel? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading hotel group seeking a hands-on and commercially focused Food & Beverage Manager to lead a busy operation delivering exceptional guest experiences.
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee all food and beverage outlets, ensuring consistently high standards of service, driving revenue and developing a motivated, high-performing team.

The Role
As Food & Beverage Manager you will:
* Lead the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, bar, lounge and conference & banqueting facilities.
* Inspire, coach and develop a large food and beverage team.
* Drive revenue through excellent service standards and effective upselling.
* Manage staffing levels, rotas and payroll in line with budgets.
* Monitor stock control, purchasing and GP performance.
