The Westbourne Centre | Theatre Manager | Full Time

We have an exciting vacancy that has arisen at The Westbourne Centre for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Theatre Manager to join our customer and commercially focused team.

As a key member of the Senior Clinical Team, the Theatre Manager will be integral to the development of the strategic vision and plan for the Theatre department, as well as accountable for delivery of patient pathways that are Caring, Safe, Responsive, Effective and Well Led.

The Theatre Manager will be expected to play a key role in the management and strategic development of the Theatre department, working closely with the Head of Clinical Services to deliver a challenging agenda; provide a high-quality service to patients and a positive working environment for our staff.
We are looking for an adaptable, clinical leader with strong leadership skills. The ability to communicate well with a multidisciplinary team is vital.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of leading and developing high performing teams to enhance patient care and customer experience, whilst facilitating the best possible clinical outcomes. A commitment to the development of high-quality evidence based care is essential, combined with the tenacity and passion required to drive success in a rapidly changing healthcare environment.
