Screen Printer Machine Operator

Personnel Selection Recruitment is helping our client to source candidates for a permanent Screen Printer / Machine Operator position based near Stockbridge. This opportunity is open both to fully trained Screen Printers and also to capable machine operators who have the potential to develop into the role. The starting salary is £28,000 per annum for a candidate without screen-printing experience, rising up to £32,000 per annum for a fully trained Screen Printer. Salary is fully dependent on experience. If you do not already have a background in the print industry, you must as a minimum to be considered have come from a Machine Operation role, ideally from engineering. ABOUT YOU Experienced Screen Printer, or an experienced machine operator who can demonstrate the potential to learn screen printing. A manufacturing background and experience of working as part of a team. A strong eye for detail, accurate colour recognition and a commitment to quality. A positive, flexible approach and willingness to contribute to business and personal objectives. Comfortable following works orders, production procedures and health, safety and environmental requirements. Basic confidence using PC-based systems.
