\n I’m pleased to be working with an established, Lexcel and CQS-accredited law firm seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its team in Bedford.\n
\n
\n This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified legal professional to join a respected firm with an established national residential property team, offering a varied caseload, client-facing responsibility and the opportunity to develop long-term professional relationships.\n
\n
The Opportunity\n
\n
\n You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion, covering a broad range of transactions, including:\n
\n

\n
• Residential sales and purchases
\n
• Freehold and leasehold transactions
\n
• Remortgages and equity release
\n
• Transfers of equity and matrimonial transfers
\n
• Shared ownership and new-build purchases
\n
• Help to Buy matters
\n
• Title reviews and reporting to clients
\n
• Supporting and developing conveyancing assistants
\n
• Building local relationships and identifying cross-referral opportunities
\n

About You\n
\n
\n I’m keen to hear from a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or CLC-qualified Conveyancer with ideally 2+ years’ PQE and a solid background in residential conveyancing.\n
\n
\n You will be confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision, commercially aware and committed to delivering a high standard of client service. Strong organisational skills and the ability to progress transactions efficiently are essential.\n
\n
Salary & Benefits\n

• Competitive salary, dependent on experience

• Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:15pm
\n
• 26 days’ annual leave, plus bank holidays
