We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate Home Manager to lead a small residential care home near Whitehaven, Cumbria. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to progress into a management role within a specialist residential care setting. The home currently supports five residents with learning disabilities and autism, providing permanent residential accommodation and personal care in a welcoming, domestic environment. With a small number of residents, the service offers the opportunity to focus on individual needs, build meaningful relationships and promote independence, dignity and choice. The home has a Good CQC report and is in a very strong position, with the current Home Manager moving into an operational role.
