An independent 20 +bedroom Boutique Hotel & Spa in the Worcestershire area looking for a customer service focused Restaurant and Bar Manager to run the daily operation of the small food and beverage outlets. With fabulous décor and recently refurbished lounge bar area, the restaurant serves award-winning menus using seasonal produce and a notable wine list to complement.

We need an experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager or Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager to step up into this exciting role to:

* be responsible for managing the daily operation of the restaurant, small events room for 50 people as well as the decadent lounge bar area which is mainly used by the hotel guests.
* The hotel has a very good sleeper/ diner ratio so you will be able to manage rotas , holidays and guest expectations easily. The hotel does not hold Christmas parties as the venue is not big enough.
