An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor (Associate) to join a well-established, employee-owned law firm based in Manchester city centre. This opportunity would suit an Employment Solicitor with around five years' PQE or more, who is looking to take the next step in their career within a collaborative and forward-thinking legal team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, with a particular focus on executive exits and claimant employment litigation, while also supporting the wider Company and Commercial team under the supervision of a Partner. Experience in respondent litigation or advising employers on non-contentious employment matters would be advantageous. The firm operates a hybrid working model, with a combination of office and home working available following successful completion of the probationary period.
