We are seeking an enthusiastic Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher to join a supportive team, working with pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), complex learning needs and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The Role As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, personalised learning experiences tailored to the individual needs, abilities and communication styles of each pupil. You will support pupils with a range of complex needs, promoting independence, communication, sensory development, emotional wellbeing and meaningful engagement in learning. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver differentiated, engaging lessons that meet individual learning needs. Develop and implement personalised learning programmes, including EHCP outcomes and individual targets. Support pupils with PMLD, learning difficulties and autism.
