Fostering Social Work Lead Salary: £45,000 per annum hybrid NonStop Consulting is is working with a therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency with an Outstanding Ofsted rating in the South West of England, in order to help them find a Fostering Social Work Lead who can join them on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, offering you flexibility with your schedule. This is a non-caseholding role. You will act as the Foster Panel Advisor, supporting support high-quality decision-making, quality assure assessments and contribute to the ongoing development of the fostering agency. You will also support staff and foster carers to grow in confidence, reflective capacity and therapeutic understanding.
