Project Manager (Fire & Security) Lisburn Description We are hiring for our client, a growing multidisciplinary consultancy, to appoint a Project Manager (Fire & Security) to lead fire and security projects across the built environment. This Project Manager role is ideal for an engineer ready to move beyond technical delivery into project leadership, while staying hands-on with the technical work. Top 3 Things to Know About this Job Attractive salary: £50,000 to £55,000 Lisburn based with hybrid and flexible working Clear progression from technical specialist to project leader in a growing team The Role Manage fire and security projects from bid through to design, construction support and handover Oversee fire strategies, design reviews, risk assessments and security design Control programme, budget, risk and change Be the main point of contact for clients, architects and contractors Engage with Building Control, fire and rescue services and the Building Safety Regulator Mentor graduate and junior engineers The Person MSc in Fire Engineering (or equivalent) 3+ years' fire and security experience in construction, ideally in consultancy Working knowledge of UK fire safety legislation, building regulations and standards Proven project management experience, including programme, cost and resource management Strong communication and technical report writing skills Full UK driving licence Chartership (or working towards it) and a project management qualification, desirable The Rewards £50,000 to £55,000 Hybrid and flexible working 40 hour week Pension Annual performance review Next Steps For a confidential conversation about this Project Manager (Fire & Security) opportunity, contact Adam Adair.
