Production Team Leader / 6AM-2PM £29,702.40 per annum / £14.28 per hour AM Shift – 6AM–2PM Monday-Friday Oldham, Greater Manchester The Company A leading food manufacturing business operating within a fast-paced production environment. The business is continuing to grow and is looking to strengthen its production team with experienced Team Leaders who can drive performance, maintain high standards and motivate teams on the shop floor. The Role You will be responsible for the smooth running of a production line, leading and motivating your team to achieve production targets while maintaining high standards across Health & Safety, Food Safety, Quality and GMP. You will monitor line performance, complete required checks and paperwork, keep SIC boards up to date and quickly identify and escalate any issues affecting production This is a hands-on leadership position focused on supporting the team and keeping production running efficiently. As the business continues to grow, there may also be opportunities to develop your leadership skills and take on additional management responsibilities over time.
