RIO Recruitment is recruiting a passionate and reliable Chef on behalf of a popular, well-established pub in the heart of Stamford, Lincolnshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy kitchen serving a varied menu of traditional British pub classics, freshly prepared burgers, Sunday roasts and casual dining dishes.

Our client is looking for someone who takes pride in preparing great-quality food, enjoys working as part of a team and can maintain consistent standards throughout busy services.

With live-in accommodation available and a minimum of 35 hours per week, this opportunity could suit both local chefs and those looking to relocate to the Stamford area.

Requirements

• Prepare, cook and present a range of freshly prepared pub dishes to a consistently high standard.
  

• Work across a varied menu including traditional British classics, burgers, Sunday roasts and casual dining dishes.
  

• Assist with the smooth running of daily kitchen operations.
  

• Maintain excellent standards of food preparation, presentation and portion control.
  

• Ensure food hygiene, health and safety standards are followed at all times.
  

• Keep kitchen equipment, workstations and food storage areas clean and organised.
  

• Support stock rotation, food preparation and minimising food waste.
  

• Work effectively alongside the wider kitchen team during busy lunch and evening services.
  

• Contribute to a positive, professional and supportive kitchen environment.
