Design Artworker (Freelance)

The Opportunity: We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented freelance Design Artworker to support the delivery of local store marketing campaigns and promotional activity. This is a hands-on role that sits at the heart of our creative production process, ensuring creative assets are accurately developed, quality checked, and delivered across a variety of formats and channels. A key focus of the position will be supporting the implementation and optimisation of our new automated creative workflow. Working closely with the Design Lead, you will help manage and refine template-based creative solutions whilst collaborating with external production partners responsible for generating automated artwork. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical side of design production, has a keen eye for detail, and is passionate about maintaining brand consistency across high-volume campaign outputs. Key Responsibilities: Interpret and develop artwork from creative briefs, layouts, and design concepts provided by Design Leads, Designers, and Producers. Build, adapt, and maintain campaign master artwork across a range of formats and channels. Support the development and refinement of templates within our Chilli and automated creative platforms.
