Sales Development Executive Telford Permanent £28,000 - £32,000 + bonus & Commission Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm Are you an experienced B2B sales professional who enjoys opening doors, speaking with decision-makers and turning initial conversations into genuine business opportunities? We’re recruiting for a Sales Development Executive to join a well-established Telford-based business with ambitious plans for continued growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in B2B outbound sales, lead generation or appointment setting who is ready to develop their career further. You’ll have the opportunity to progress into a Business Development role, taking greater ownership of customer relationships and the wider sales process as your experience grows. Almost all your calls will be with existing customers within the group that have purchased goods in the past. This role is working to sell products that are related to the core product range but have a completely new and relevant use to those customers, but still completely separate to what they have purchased before. Rather than following rigid sales scripts, you’ll be encouraged to have meaningful, consultative conversations.
