We're looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a busy and thriving country pub in the Botley area.
\n
This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who enjoys working with fresh ingredients, producing quality pub classics, and developing their skills within a supportive and professional kitchen environment.
\n
Working alongside an experienced Head Chef and Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering consistently great food while helping maintain high standards across all sections of the kitchen.
The Role\n

- Run your designated section during service \n
- Prepare and cook quality pub dishes to company specifications \n
- Ensure high standards of food presentation and consistency \n
- Support junior team members when required \n
- Maintain food hygiene and health & safety standards \n
- Assist with stock rotation and kitchen organisation \n

About You\n
- \n
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie \n
- Passion for fresh food and hospitality \n
- Organised and able to perform in a busy kitchen \n
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic \n
- Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen best practices \n
